I enjoyed that this hotel isn't a high-rise. instead, the center is a beautiful garden. it gave a quiet escape from the busy surroundings! i saw families with kids enjoying the two swimming pools. the front desk staff were always cute and ready to help. Their assistance was appreciated.

The gym looked a bit unkempt. Some equipment was out of order.

quiet retreat near everything

The location offered easy access to both the beach and nearby shopping options. i found the hotel to be consistently clean and peaceful. my room was spacious and included a convenient layout with a sizable swimming pool nearby. gigi, one of the managers, really helped me. She was very helpful.

The shower's water temperature had awful controls. It was difficult to find a consistent temperature.

The staff demonstrated good english skills and were helpful with directions. It made communication simple. gigi and others, i think, i appreciate that. their assistance added much value to the experience.

the hotel is near the main beach road, offering quick access to bars. plenty of restaurants were also a few minutes away. i liked the location because a large street food market was next to the hotel entrance at night.

excellent central stay!

beach street perfect location swimming pools great value

I stayed right by the beach street. Catching the baht bus to walking street was easy. i also used the baht bus in the opposite direction to return (very convenient!). i found the location perfect, especially being so close to everything. my room was great, and i particularly enjoyed the two swimming pools. the value for money was super!

the shower head at the pool needed some attention, but i reported it to reception.
